("Pro Touring HQ"). www.protouringheadquarters.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.protouringheadquarters.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference. www.protouringheadquarters.com is a E-commerce Site Pro Touring Headquarters sells factory and aftermarket performance parts for vehicles.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Pro Touring Headquarters is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Pro Touring Headquarters and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. Pro Touring Headquarters does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.ProTouringHeadquarters.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Return Policy
You may return any parts to Pro Touring Headquarters within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days have expired. All parts to be returned MUST be in their original condition with the original box and packaging. Pro Touring Headquarters is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation. Shipping charges are not refundable. Labor charges by a non-Pro Touring Headquarters facility are not covered. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. All defects in workmanship done by Pro Touring Headquarters may be returned for repair, replacement or credit. All repair work will be performed by Pro Touring Headquarters. Any unauthorized work done will void any warranty, repair, replacement, or credit that would normally be covered and will render the item as non-returnable. Non-Returnable Parts: Special-Order Parts, Installed Parts, Painted Parts, and Custom Made Parts cannot be returned for credit for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable for credit if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only, at the manufacturer's discretion. Labor charges by a non-Pro Touring Headquarters facility are not covered. When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer's warranty, it is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. Pro Touring Headquarters cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues. Warranty Parts: Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer's defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration please email customer service, as some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer. Pro Touring Headquarters reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer. Damaged or Missing Parts: In the event your order is damaged or items are missing it must be reported within 3 days of receiving them to ProTouringHQ@gmail.com. Claims must be reported by invoice number and part number. Damaged or missing items will be claimed through the applicable shipping company. The customer may be refunded for any damaged parts upon receipt of claim payment from the shipping company. Missing parts due to theft or loss may be replaced upon receipt of claim payment from the shipping company. The claim process usually takes 2 - 3 weeks.
Refund Policy
Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 10 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please email us at ProTouringHQ@gmail.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Shipping charges are not refundable. Labor charges by a non-Pro Touring Headquarters facility are not covered. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
Intellectual Property
No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.ProTouringHeadquarters.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Pro Touring Headquarters that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Pro Touring Headquarters content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Pro Touring Headquarters and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Pro Touring Headquarters from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Pro Touring Headquarters Content accessed through www.ProTouringHeadquarters.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pro Touring Headquarters, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Pro Touring Headquarters reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Pro Touring Headquarters in asserting any available defenses.

PRO TOURING HEADQUARTERS, LTD. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME. PRO TOURING HEADQUARTERS, LTD. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/access restriction
Pro Touring Headquarters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Pro Touring Headquarters as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Pro Touring Headquarters performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Pro Touring Headquarters right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Pro Touring Headquarters with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Pro Touring Headquarters with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Pro Touring Headquarters with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
Pro Touring Headquarters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.ProTouringHeadquarters.com is offered.
