Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Open box or sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please email us at ProTouringHQ@gmail.com. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number! Please include a copy of the original receipt with the return. All returns must be postage paid. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. Shipping charges are not refundable. Labor charges by Non- Pro-Touring Headquarters facility are not covered.
Return Policy:
You may return any parts to Pro-Touring Headquarters within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days have expired. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition. Pro-Touring Headquarters is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Labor charges by Non-Pro-Touring Headquarters facility are not covered. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. All defects in workmanship done by Pro-Touring Headquarters may be returned for repair, replacement or credit. All repair work will be performed by Pro-Touring Headquarters. Any unauthorized work done will void any warranty, repair, replacement, or credit that would normally be covered and will render the item as non-returnable.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new, resalable condition to ensure full credit.
Make a copy of your original invoice and include it in the package.
Return the package using any shipping method you choose.
Email us the tracking number once you ship us back the product.
Relax. Once your package is returned unused and in original condition, a member of our customer service team will ensure that the rest of the steps are completed correctly. We will contact you to confirm the credit as soon as it is processed!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ProTouringHQ@gmail.com and send your item to: Pro-Touring Headquarters, 2180 Legion St, Bellmore NY 11710, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
